We presently ship our orders by USPS and only to the United States. We offer 3 types of shipping – Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Please select type of shipping desired during checkout. Orders placed before 3pm PST on business days will generally ship out on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm PST will ship the next business day. We work hard to get you your order shipped as quickly as possible, so most orders only have less than an hour for cancellations. To cancel an order, please have your order number and contact us at orders@EZenema.com. If you miss the cancellation window, and wish to return your unwanted item(s), you can do so once you have received them as long as the package remains unopened.
