1) Unscrew enema pump handle to release, 2) Put enema solution into Enema Hand Pump, 3) Insert Enema Hand Pump outlet into EZ Enema, 4) Position EZ Enema firmly against anus, 5) Pump 3X to prime and 5X to deliver enema solution, 6) Move EZ Enema away from anus, 7) Retain enema solution for about 5 minutes, 8) Evacuate bowels, 9) Clean with warm soapy water.
